Base Camp 500
Kal Vista First Tracks
An illustrated map of Salt Lake City in winter, Base Camp 500 marked among the neighborhoods below the Wasatch.

Two suites, minutes from everything.

Downtown, Sugar House, 9th and 9th, the U, Millcreek. All within about fifteen minutes of the door.

And then, the mountains. Five resorts, one driveway.

Park City, Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird and Alta, each about 35 minutes from the door. Times run with traffic and canyon weather.

The same map with routes drawn from Base Camp 500 up the canyons to Park City Mountain, Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird and Alta, each labelled about 35 minutes.

To ski, or to après ski.

The question hangs on the wall in both suites, over the bar cart.

Ski any of the five, then come down to the city. Downtown is about fifteen minutes, so dinner is a decision rather than a drive, and the drive home ends at your own door.

The Outfitter, packed for the mountain

An Après Ski magazine-cover print, a skier standing on the roof of a navy Porsche 356 in the snow, hung above a chrome bar cart with a cocktail set and glasses.
Après Ski, the magazine cover, over the bar cart.
An Après Ski print: a skier's legs and boots kicking out of a giant martini glass, mountains behind.
Après Ski, the martini.

The camp opens in 2026.
